UQ power

Our Services - How we work :: UQ Power

We work on the human side of business to help your leaders, your people and your company grow.

There are several key ways we do this:

  1. Personal Power – helping business owners and leaders unlock their unique strengths so they tap into their personal power ad become known, liked and trusted. When you genuinely want to grow and expand as a leader, we're here to help.
  2. People Power – helping leaders to power up their people and get their teams and culture moving productively, cohesively and positively for the future of work. When people are using their strengths the work is the perk.
  3. Brand Power – helping businesses and organisations to build their brand presence in the market and increase their profit power through their relationships with their stakeholders.
  4. Human Power - helping communities and countries leverage the power of people to create healthy, cohesive, sustainable communities for the future.

As Company Culture Architects we will listen, seek to understand and then design, build and strengthen your company's culture and brand through unique, proven strategies. It’s a tall order and we’re proud to step up to it.

As Workplace Futurists we love possibility thinking and radical rethinking. When it comes down to it, we’re here to create services and programs that work for you, your people, your organisation, your customers and your stakeholders. It all starts with U.

We use proven methods

Our workforce, leadership and  engagement programs use powerful strategies and practices, based on tried and tested methodologies to boost morale, increase productivity and unleash creativity as well as bridge the gap between us and them.

As well as utilising our “insider” knowledge of industry, government and business we use scientifically-proven neurological and psychological techniques to get behind your façade and dramatically change your thought processes to bigger ways of thinking.

Our people are accredited in many different modalities, professions and tools, we practice what we preach and we are continually learning and improving.

Five Critical success factors

Whether it implementing an organisational culture change program, undertaking research into industry perceptions of a company brand, coaching a CEO to be a powerful influencer through media and public speaking or facilitating a comprehensive community consultation process, our clients appreciate the value we deliver. Today, our growing team of consultants continue to deliver great value by following these five critical principles that contribute to a successful working partnership with our clients:

  1. Ensuring strategic relevance – uncovering your true business need is one of the most important steps in our audit process. Often the real need is layers beneath the surface issues
  2. Securing top management buy-in – we ensure senior executives set the tone and embody the UQ before we share the initiatives with the rest of your organisation
  3. Effective delivery – we aren’t your typical consultants and we won’t leave you high and dry. Our approach is an ongoing process, we walk beside and coach you along the way
  4. Demonstrated value – it is critical that the program pays off where and how you want it to. We will work with you to determine the changes and impact your organisation wants
  5. Focused follow up – organisations must spend more energy reinforcing changes than they do in the initial delivery. Our follow up and reinforcement helps bridge the gap between learning and doing to ensure that you effectively internalise and adopt what you’ve committed to
